Payroll Admin with German
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator proficient in German and English. The role involves supporting payroll process, documents gathering and data processing.
- Knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations is advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Independent processing of family allowances and daily allowances for military, maternity and paternity for all Switzerland stations:
· Check for completeness of the submitted documents
· Completion of the forms (employer information)
· Requesting missing information and documents from employees
· Requesting and checking the return of «EO registration cards» and maternity and paternity forms
· Applying for social security contributions from compensation fund
· Entry of daily allowance payments in SAP Payroll
· Contact person for questions from our employees and authorities in connection with social security contributions (by telephone and email)
Sick notes and T&A:
· Recording and processing absences due to accidents, long-term and partial incapacity for work in the UKA and rostering system
· Checking and processing accident, replacement and relapse reports and submitting them to the insurance company
· Creating and submitting documents (accident and pharmacy documents, confirmation of insurance coverage, etc.)
· Written and telephone contact with employees in connection with accident and sickness absences
· Information to the planning team in the event of overlapping absences (vacations during illness, etc.)
· Correction of time data based on the input of the daily planning
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
· Professional experience in HR (payroll an advantage)
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Fluent in German and English.
· Proven ability to manage payroll processes remotely.
· Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficient in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
· SAP Payroll R/3 an advantage
· Certification in Payroll Administration is a plus.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle queries and explain payroll matters effectively.
